Oooo how exciting!

My layout is up on the Scrap Junkie Website. Ainslee actually said it was sensational.....feeling quite chuffed about that, as her standerds are very high.

I'll also share a photo of String Bean and her gorgeous teacher on their last day together.

Sketch

Addiction Prescription initial sketch.

Here is my initial ideas for a new layout. I went to my local today and picked up my 'Addiction Prescription', which is a gorgeous Fontwerks stamp called 'Relax'. The idea is to use the product and then return your finished item back to the store for display.

I'm just hoping I can make the stamp do what I want it to do. Will have to have a play tomorrow if I get time......doubtful though (we have a Bob the Builder breakfast and a Disco Birthday party!)

Brads and Butterflies Class

I decided I needed a treat, so booked myself in for a class at Scrap Junkie. The teacher, Tracey, was fantastic. Beautiful layout using gorgeous new product from the SEI Chocolat range.

I picked myself up a new Heidi Swapp craft knife, so much better than my cheap Kmart one. Excellent ideas on how to incorporate brads into my doodling and how to avoid flat LO's.

LO completed in a class by Tracey Cavanagh.
Thanks Tracey!

Success

What a buzz. The evening went without out a hitch. All the planning paid off and the girls had a great time. They all produced some lovely layouts. I photographed my favourite to share:

Some of my favourite comments from the evening:
"This paper looks like wallpaper." Ah good old Basic Grey. This range of paper would have to be my favourite and I always seem to come back to it. Even if some of it does look like retro wallpaper.
"Gee you're really good at this. Are you a teacher?"
